- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes, or offers being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W91LE51069C213 and is issued as a request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice DPN 20110317. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification System Code is 561320, Temporary Help Services with a corresponding small business size standard of $13.5 million. The procurement is being set aside for 8(a) Program participants. Fort Wainwright Alaska has a requirement for 6 (5 male/1 female) Pashto speaking Role players at Fort Greely, Alaska from 1 June 2011-14 June 2011. This is a firm fixed price acquisition and will be procured using commercial item procedures. The following clauses are hereby incorporated: Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with their quotes or visit https://orca.bpn.gov/. Offeror shall include a completed copy of DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, if applicable. A copy of the Offerors Representations and Certifications and Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate may be obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items. Class Deviation 2001-O0002, FAR 52.212-5 (DEV), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). The following additional FAR clauses/ provisions apply 52.209-6, 52-211-6, 52-219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-25, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3 Alt II, 52.225-13 (DEV), 53.232-18, 52.232-36, and FAR 52.252-1 and 52.252-2 apply and are filled in to read http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. FAR 52.252-5 and 52.252-6 apply and are filled in to read Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Chapter 2. DFARS clauses 252.204-7004, 52.212-7001 (DEV), 252.225-7001, 252.225-7002, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, and 252.247-7023, Alt III apply to this procurement. The offeror's quote shall contain the following information: offeror's quote number, date, name, address, terms of any warranties, price, any discount terms, and acknowledgement of all RFQ amendments (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Late offers: Quotes or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will not be considered. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing.
