- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Type of Award The Government intends to award up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Service contract(s) Contract Activities The Sacramento District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has an upcoming project titled, "Multiple Award IDIQ Contracts for Services for Geotechnical Work and Explorations in Hazardous, Toxic or Radioactive Waste (HTRW) sites within South Pacific Division (SPD) Boundaries." The Government anticipates awarding up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. A planned period of performance for this procurement is five (5) years. All work will be performed within US Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division Boundaries. This request for quotation (RFQ) will not be issued in a hard copy format. Interested parties should download the attached request for quotation, W91238-11-R-0005. All prospective vendors are required to register at the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov). The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
