Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. It is the government's intention to award this requirement using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number FA4887DGSFS is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This solicitation is being issued as a HubZone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315211 and the size standard of 500 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The requirement is to procure Mobility A Bags(QTY 63 EA). FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. Please base your pricing off of the attached excel spreadsheet describing what each mobility bag will consist of. Please use the specific spreadsheet with manufacturer numbers. We request delivery to be 60 days ARO. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer.
