- The Thomas E. Creek Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, TX, 79106, has a requirement for purchasing and installation services of LED Outdoor Lighting for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work of the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is 30 days (i.e., commencing on or about July 1, 2011). The intent is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside, which will result in a fixed-price service contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA-258-11-RQ-0278. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
