- DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia, is looking to place a Lexel Imaging Display Unit, P/N 77M138, NSN 7025-01-309-4130, under contract (one-time buy). The quantity is 16 EA with a 50% and 100% quantity option. Delivery will be CONUS. Delivery schedule will read 240 days. FOB Destination is required. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Award will be based on Low Price Technically Acceptable and anticipated award date is March 9, 2011. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The acquisition is subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. Copies of the solicitation can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after 12/9/2010. From the homepage, select "Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB)" under solicitations to search for this RFP. AMENDMENT: In regard to the solicitation, this amendment is being issued to clarify the intent of the Special Notice on Page (2) of (16) and Clause 52.217-9I09 "Option For Increased Quantity" referenced on Pages (8-9) of (16) in the solicitation. The Quantity Option now reads 50% (8 EA) and 100% (16 EA).
