Marine Corps Systems Command, Information Systems & Infrastructure (IS&I), Product Group-10 (PG-10) Industry Day Announcement and Registration Instructions Document Type:Notice Posted Date:19 April 2011 Question Date:29 April 2011 Registration Date:03 May 2011 Archive Date:31 May 2011 Classification:Unclassified Date: Thursday, 05 May 2011 Time: 1230 (Eastern Standard Time) to 1630 Location:Little Hall Theater 2034 Barnett Avenue Quantico, VA 22134 Synopsis: The Marine Corps Systems Command IS&I PG-10 is conducting an Industry Day solely for �notional � program planning information. PG-10 serves as the USMC �s agent for design, acquisition and sustainment of the Information Systems and Infrastructure used to accomplish the Marine Corps Warfighting Mission. We are a diverse workforce of uniformed and civilian Marines. Our support includes direct fielding of products as well as acquisition of IT resources on behalf of USMC stakeholders. Our work reflects the USMC �s reliance on computing technology that not only provides solutions today, but also helps to poise the Corps for future success. This event will outline for Industry each program �s mission, provide high level overview of current status and outline a notional 12 month plan. The following overviews will be provided: Information Technology Strategic Source (ITSS) Marine Corps Network Information Services (MCNIS) Total Force Information Technology Service (TFITS) Marine Corps Enterprise Services (MCES) Emergency Response Systems (ERS) C4 Systems Standards and Technology (S&T) Companies interested in attending this event must register in advance of the event and must submit a list of attendees by the response date. Attendees must be US Citizens. There is a limit of 4 attendees per company. Attendees are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. The government reserves the right to entertain or not entertain questions during the event or to answer any questions posed prior to the Industry Day. There is no guarantee that material produced at this Industry Day will be made available during or after the event. This Industry Day is informational in nature only and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. Accordingly, this event is NOT a �bidders conference � and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. Attendance at the Industry Day is voluntary and is not required to propose to subsequent announcements of any kind. MARCORSYSCOM will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this Industry Day. Questions/Registration Information: The Industry Day will be Unclassified. All questions and registration must be submitted to MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil with pertinent information below. Subject: PG-10 Industry Day Question(s) must be submitted no later than 1200 ET on 29 April 2011. Subject: PG-10 Industry Day Registration must be submitted no later than 1700 ET on 03 May 2011. Note: Please ensure subject line is clearly identified as highlighted above in italicized font and do NOT send on same e-mail.
