- Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Division (ESC/HNCK), Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, intends to award on a purchase order for 35 each, Helical Antenna and 35 each, Mast Mount.These antennas will be permanently installed and be subjected to the elements year round. The specifications are for Sight Directional HelicalUHF SATCOM Antennas (operating Frequency of 240 - 270 MHz) with mast mount: Frequency Range -240-270 MHzGain - 12 dBicImpedance -50VSWR - 1:5Polarization - Right Hand CircuitalWind Load -Higher load preferredSize - LengthSmaller load preferredWeight -Lower weight preferredRequired Delivery: 30 days ARO. The requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The Government intends to make an award in the Apr/May 11 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available.
