- Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Division (ESC/HNCK), Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, intends to award on a sole source purchase order for 14 each, CV-22 Specific MATT AdapterTrays, P/N: 3422-001-03-1 from the actual manufacturer, DRS ICAS. Required Delivery: 30 days ARO. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only source IAW 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1)responsible source. The Government intends to make an award in the Apr/May 11 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available.
