- Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation # HSCG31-11-Q-6WA332 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Window Replacements for Various Buildings at USCG Station Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City CA 96145. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 3. This solicitation is considered Construction and is conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-a-Side.
