Description: Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0239 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is for supply of Total Parenteral Nutrition(TPN) solutions. The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Central Admixture Pharmacy, INC 18012 Cowan, Suite 250, Irvine California CAGE Code: 3S5G9, NAICS: 325412 Justification: As required by FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, INC is the only vendor that can provide Parenteral Nutrition within the close proximity of our site and the only vendor that can provide the continuous IV TPN within 24 hours( TPN usable life span 24 hours) Period of Performance 01 May 2011 to 30 Sept 2011. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-51. It is the contractor 冱 responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
