- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to issue a sole source contract to CMC Electronics Incorporated 600 Dr Frederik-Phillips Blvd, Ville St-Laurent, Quebec, H4M 2S9 Canada for the purchase of 10 TacView Portable Mission Displays (PMDs). The TacView PMD System is used to graphically display various electrical signals and digital data to facilitate development of new aircraft systems. CMC Electronics Inc. is the only vendor that manufactures the TacView PMD. Responses to this notice of intent must be received within 15 days after publication of this notice. See numbered note 22.
