- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, intends to issue a SoleSource award to DRS Signal Solutions, Inc. under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for theprocurement of five each SI-9111 Direct HF tuners, which are proprietary indesign, and needed for NAVAIR operational requirements. This action will beconducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13, NAICS code 334220. This synopsis ispublished for informational purposes only. and is not a request for competitiveoffers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted inwritingto the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to competethis proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government.
