- Notice of Sources Sought Synopsis: HSCG38-11-500013-RFI This notice HSCG38-11- 500013-RFI The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG), Commanding Officer, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Engineering Services Division (ESD) Procurement Branch is requesting information to identify potential businesses capable of providing parts/maintenance, system calibration, and emergency services for periodic maintenance of existing UV Oxidation Equipment, or firms capable of new UV Oxidation system installation and maintenance in support of UV Oxidation System Maintenance. This is a Request for Information (RFI) sources sought synopsis. This special notice is for planning purposes to assist the USCG in developing an acquisition strategy and is NOT construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a solicitation announcement for proposals or quotes and does not commit or obligate the Government to any contractual agreement and NO reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow up information requests. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately not from the responses to this announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. The applicable NAICS Code is 325998 - All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing Description: (1) Potential offerors with the ability to meet the requirements listed herein are requested to provide information on this request. It is requested that potential offerors provide a Rough Order of Magnitude on cost, materials, calibration, and warranty. PEROX-PURE TM MODEL LV-60, UV OXIDATION SYSTEM, SERIAL NUMBER 217 FILTER MODULE FM-14, SERIAL NUMBER 214 HYDROGEN PEROXIDE MODULE PM-200/350B, SERIAL NUMBER 218 (2) Potential offerors with the capability of new UV Oxidation system installation and maintenance in support of the new UV Oxidations system are requested to provide information on this request. It is requested that potential offerors provide a Rough Order of Magnitude on cost, materials, calibration, and warranty for new system installation. Information Sought: Interested companies are encouraged to respond to this announcement as soon as possible with a notice of interest and then follow up with complete response information. In the complete response, companies should provide a summary of their capabilities (product details, brochures, and etc.) and their expected ability to meet the requirements above which will allow the USCG to understand UV Oxidation maintenance capabilities. Responses should include: • Firm name and address; • Firm's point-of-contact (POC); • POC'S E-Mail and phone number; • Dun & Bradstreet number; • Firm's business size; • average annual revenue for the past three years and the number of employees; • Type of Business (e.g. small business, large business, 8(a) firm, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned business, small disadvantaged veteran-owned small business, etc.); • If disabled, specify under which disadvantaged group and if firm is certified under section 8(a) of the Small Business Act; • Is firm certified service disabled veteran owned; • Is service listed on a GSA Schedule; • Do you have other government agencies suing your services, and if so which agencies, POC's and contact numbers; • Item Warranty; • Commercial catalog discounts; and • Rough Order-of-Magnitude (ROM). Responses to this sources sought synopsis are NOT a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. After the review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published on FEDBIZOPPS. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not adequate response to any future solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation in addition to responding to this sources sought synopsis.
