- The Bureau of Land management (BLM) National Training Center (NTC) located at 9828 North 31st Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85051 seeks qualified contractors to perform miscellaneous instructional supporrt services. The line items indicate which services are needed. For the services you are qualified and willing to perform, put in the hourly rate that you will perform that service at. For the services that you are not qualified and/or not willing to perform, do not put in an hourly rate to be charged.All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the Central Contractors Register (CCR;http://www.ccr.gov) and must have a current ORCA application (https://orca.bpn.gov).This proicurement is a 100% set aside for small business.
