- Reference North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 212319. The Government objective is to award an unfunded one-year requirements contract for aggregate stone products, specifically Ballast (Maximum Estimated Quantity 50,000 Tons), Screenings (Maximum Estimated Quantity 50,000 Tons) and Base Course (Maximum Estimated Quantity 90,000 Tons). Future orders will be placed on an as-needed basis. The end user is the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. The solicitation will include the required specs for each stone product. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Orders under the one-year requirements contract shall be firm fixed price. All contractors who provide goods or services to the Government shall be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. At this writing, the approximate/estimated solicitation issue date is 11 May 2011, with closing date within 30 calendar days from the issue date. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes.
