- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for services to gather atmospheric, chemical, and hydrogeologic data to improve groundwater discharge estimates and characterize groundwater quality and flow.This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number G11PS00228 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular: 2005-50, dated 16 Mar. 2011.The combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 213112 Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations; Size standard: $7.0.Please see attachment with additional information, and applicable provisions and clauses.
