- Provide Electrical Components for Ivan's Campground Flood Recovery, Lake Red Rock Project, Knoxville, Iowa. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 423610 will apply with the size standard of 100 Employees. This contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price, then technical. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 19 April 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on 5 May 2011, 2:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
