- The United States Government seeks to Lease Office Space in Conyers, Georgia PLEASE READ FIRST INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSERTING TEXT INTO THE RSL TEMPLATE All instructions for creating this RSL TEMPLATE are in BLUE HIDDEN text. The United States Government seeks to Lease Office Space in Conyers, Georgia Requirement : The General Services Administration is seeking office and related space in Conyers, Georgia for 9,779 contiguous usable square feet of office and related space. The space should yield a maximum rentable space footage of 1 1,246. If contiguous space is not available, space for four suites based on measures A. Suite 1: 2,064 usf; B. Suite 2: 3,581 usf ; C. Suite 3: 990 usf; and D. Suite 4: 3,144 usf in one building is acceptable. The lease term requirement is for 10 years, 5 years firm. First consideration will be given to existing lease space. The delineated area is the following: North: Sigman Road South: Flat Shoals Road East: Salem Road West: McDaniel Mill Road Please send expressions of interests by certified mail to: Karen King, Contracting Officer c/o Kelli Rollins Address: 77 Forsyth Street Suite 500 Atlanta, GA 30303 Telephone: (404) 562-2716 Email: kelli.rollins@gsa.gov The GSA Contracting Officer must receive the proposal by 5:00 PM on May 3, 2011 and must include the following information: Building name and address. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rsf for a fully serviced leased. The space must be available for occupancy by September 22, 2012. Parking must meet local code requirements. Additional secured parking lot is required as identified in agency special requirements. Floor plan. The Government must have access to parking and the building 7 days a week/24 hours a day Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. The building must achieve an Energy Star label, prior to award in accordance with E013423 and USEPA Energy Star Guidelines..
