For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number PRON: AX1Q0177AX. The Government proposes to acquire a quantity of 18 each of a CASE ASSY, MAIN TRAN, NSN: 1615-01-442-2139, P/N: 400-040-050-113, applicable to the OH-58D (KIOWA WARRIOR) with deliveries to RED RIVER ARMY DEPOT, TX, 75507-5000. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article is 18 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 18 each, 280 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC., CAGE CODE: 97499. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
