Description
Changes to statement of work- 1. The number of role players required has been reduced from 35 to 24 role players required. The work hours per day has changed from 12 hours to 11 hours. 2. The dates for this project are April 21-25 for the pre-execution meeting. April 26-May 1 for the training exercise. Contractor Questions and Answers- Q1. Is the due date 20 April (as it says in the body of the notice) or 29 April as it says on the right side of the FBO notices (under posted date it shows 29 April 2011 as the response date)? A1: The due date for quotes to be received is the date stated in the combined synopsis/solicitation Wednesday April, 20, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. EST. Q2: The SOW under 3a shows a schedule. One 35 role player event was scheduled for 12-17 April. Is that overcome by events? Or is the schedule slipped? A2: The date for the training is scheduled for just 26 April-1 May. The number of role players has been reduced from 35 to 24 role players. Q3: 3b says "For the OEF contingency operation, the desired but not required language for FLSs will be native Pushto /Dari speaker." How will this be evaluated as far as price? If I propose native Pashto / Dari speakers and another vendor proposes non-native Pashto / Dari speakers will that have any impact? A3: No Q4: 2a says "The contractor shall provide vehicles,..." but there is no specific vehicle requirement otherwise. Does this refer to vehicles to transport the role-players onto Fort Bragg? A4: The vehicles are to transport role players to Fort Bragg and for use in scenarios. Q5: I was writing in reference to W91247-11--T-0038 with regards to CLIN 2 "Contractor Manpower Reporting". What exactly does this mean, and what are you looking for exactly listed under this CLIN A5: The requirements for Contractor Manpower Reporting is listed in section 11 of the statement of work.
