- This notice is released to announce a U.S. Marine Corps, New Orleans requirement for the lease of multiple on-site standby back-up generators for physical location: 2306 E. Bannister Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a firm-fixed price contract to be competed under solicitation M67861-11-T-0033. This action is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 532490, size standard $7.0M. The RFQ and all information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities electronic posting system web link at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is and will continue to be all potential offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbiz website for any amendments, updates, offerors, library, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download from the fedbiz website or request an electronic copy of the data by e-mailing melissa.koehn@usmc.mil or faxing request to 504-678-5283. Any communications must identify the RFQ number, M67861-11-T-0033, company name, address, phone number including area code, facsimile number and point of contact. No phone call request will be accepted. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about 26 April 2011 with a closing date 10 May 2011. NOTE: Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004), therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project and payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet.
