Description
J&A other than full and open competition This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Carefusion Solutions, LLC, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130-2635. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number is FM442703230856; This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51 effective 01 Apr 2011; Defense DCN 20110331 effective 05 Apr 2011, and AFAC 2011-0214 effective 27 Oct 2010. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3845. Travis AFB has a requirement for Alaris Systems Network Manager Package. Delivery Date: 60 Days ARO 0001-AA : Network computer server and software that manages pharmaceutical information on David Grant Medical Center's Alaris infusion pumps. This systems manager software wirelessly communicates with the existing Alaris PC system to aggregate usage data, distribute software updates and manage the authorized formularies and corresponding safety parameters in each pump. One Year Warranty. 1 Each To include all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, and facilities incidental to the following two CLINs: 0002-AA : Server Implementation. 1 Each 0003-AA : Equipment Network Configuration. 1 Each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
