- The United States Army Contracting Command, 410th Miami Regional Contracting Office located in Doral, Florida 33178. The Government intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Comcast. The Contractor shall provide Cable Service to US Southern Command HQ. This requirement is for one base year and two option years. Currently, US Southern Command has existing services with Comcast for cable. Due to mission requirements, USSOUTHCOM cannot afford to have a break in service. Interested parties may identify themselves in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than Monday, 25 April 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
