- Description
- Justification The TRICARE Management Activity Contract Office, Falls Church, VA has requirements for vendors to supply and delivery IT products directly to Army/AirForce Post Office, Armed Force Europe; to include but not limited to the United States; Vilseck, GE; Landstuhl, GE; Bamberg, GE; Bamberg, GE; Vicenza; and, Italy (CONUS and OCONUS or APO, AE locations). The delivered products shall be delivered to the CONUS and OCONUS locations with a signature within 5 days of receipt of the order. The shipping addresses shall not be altered. At a minimum the following IT products will be required: iPod Touch; Livescribbe 4GB Echo Smartpen; Livescribe Pulse Notebooks; iCom Assistive Listening Device; Audio Cable; Focus 80 Brailee Display; Open Book Scanning and Reading Software. These products maybe ordered as separate actions; however, the delivery schedule of 5 days remains the same. The specific product, quantities and locations will be provided as requirements are identified. This is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation will be issues as a resutls of this notice. Additionally, no awards will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parities may identify their interest and capabilities to meet the required products and, delivery locations and schedule no later than 12 :00 on April 26, 2011. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that entry and delivery to CONUS and OCONUS will be achieved within 5 days of receipt of an order. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing information will be provided. Responses will be considered for future requirement.
