(ABOA): 7,980 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 4 reserved parking spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: - Requires access to the building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. - Space must have potential for an efficient layout. Space must be contiguous and on one level. - The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and must include the following information at minimum in order to be deemed compliant and be eligible for further consideration in this procurement (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): A.Agents must provide written authorization to represent building ownership; B.Building name and building address; C.Building ownership information, including contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent; D.Floor plan of proposed space; E.Rentable square feet available; F.ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet and the Common Area Factor; G.Rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included; H.Date of space availability; I.Available parking and a detailed Site Plan showing available parking; and J.Flood zone classification certification or current FEMA map with building location noted. K.In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; and L.Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
