- RFQ AG-94TZ-S-11-0027 2011 Aspen Fences PLEASE READ: THIS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AND NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE BELOW MENTIONED DATE. Description: The government intends to award a contract for the 2011 Aspen Fences. The project consists of building multiple elk ex-closure fences in various locations on the south half of Kaibab National Forest. All work must be performed in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provision of this contract, to include furnishing transportation, labor, equipment, materials, supervisor, construction operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. This project is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation shall be posted on or about May 4, 2011.
