- This acquisition is for the procurement of Engineering Services in support of the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior (KW) to provide enhanced capabilites to the Control Display System Version 4 (CDS4) software. These services are for the modification of the Software Integration Laboratory (SWIL) to incorporate the Blue Force Tracking-2 (BFT-2) and KGV-72A. The Contractor shall in the performance of this effort, furnish all necessary personnel, including the necessary engineering support, facilities, test equipment, material, drawings, incidental supplies and support to accomplish this effort. This action will be awarded under the basis of other than full and open competition at FAR 6.302-1 for, only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to conduct a sole source contract to the approved source Honeywell International, Inc, Aerospace, 9201 San Mateo Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113 CAGE Code 07187.
