- This is a Notice of Intent for miscellaneous food and household supplies for the Pacific Reef National Wildlife Refuge. The US Fish and Wildlife Service is planning to make award to QSI (Times). The Pacific Reefs NWR Complex deploys multi-person work crews to remote Pacific Islands, accessible only by chartered ocean-going vessels that must traverse hundreds of miles over multiple days just to get to the islands. The islands are uninhabited, except for these work crews. The Service has conducted market research on local vendors, price comparisions and administrative capabilities. Times Market is the only food store found in Honolulu that can meet April 23 deadline. This award will not exceed $25,000.00.
