- The project consists of a base year and options for up to two additional one year periods. The contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and supplies to mow the orchard cover crop twice between May and July each year at the Eugene BLM Tyrrell Seed Orchard, near Lorane, Lane County, Oregon. Estimated start work date is May 16, 2011. Bonds are not required. Liability insurance will be required after award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is on or after April 20, 2011. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
