- grounds maintenance for the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse and James R. Browning U.S. Courthouse The purpose of this synopsis is to publicize the forthcoming acquisition to provide grounds maintenance services at the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue and the James R. Browning U.S. Courthouse, 95 7th Street, both are located in San Francisco, California The acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730. The size standard is $7 million. The projected basic performance period is June 1, 2011 thru May 31, 2012 plus two 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be release on April 19, 2011. Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the internet to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) websit at www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) for award of contract. Registration can be accomplished electronically at www.ccr.gov.
