The Contractor is responsible for all licenses, fees, & permissions to dispose of the windows and doors. Vendors may submit more than one quote with alternative suggestions for window specifications for consideration as long as the windows meet the brand name requirements. Vendors may submit quotes for alternative French door suggestions.
