- Amendment 0003 to RFQ# FA5205-11-Q-MM03, change of closing date This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-11-Q-MM03. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334517 - Irradition Apparatus Manufacturing. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 11:30am on 01 Apr 11 (Japan Standard Time). DESCRIPTION: Precision 500D Radiation Dose Measurement Software Upgrade. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5205-11-Q-MM03. FOB point is changed from Tracy, CA to Misawa Air Base and installation is no longer required. Quotation must be submitted by 11:30am JST on 20 Apr 11. Amendment 4: Amendment 0003 to RFQ# 5205-11-Q-MM03 has been posted to extend the solicitation. Quotation must be submitted by 11:30am JST on 21 Apr 11.
