- The U.S. Army Contract Command - Picatinny, on behalf of the ArmamentResearch, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) is announcing its intention to solicit a 100% small business set aside (SBSA), competitive acquisition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The requirement involves developing, modifying, maintaining and producing DoD compliant Netcentric products and AT-System test kits, providing test programset support, automated test system maintenanace and improvement, softwaredevelopment, virtual maintenance support, electro optical support, and configuration management. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/IndefiniteQuantity contract with FFP task orders. It is the Government's intent to issuemultiple award contracts for this effort. The period of performance will befor a period of five (5) years from date of contract award. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The solicitation is intended to bereleased on or around 18 May 2011.
