- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0040375714, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A511R1428. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to GOODRICH CORPORATION CAGE 99551, NSN 2995011397059, BLOCK AND PISTON ASSEMBLY,, in accordance with P/N 2493779. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 22 EA.
