- This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE for the overhaul/remanufacture/upgrade of the C-5 FUEL-LEVEL CONTROL VALVE. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and material to accomplish the overhaul/remanufacture/upgrade, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the C-5 FUEL-LEVEL CONTROL VALVE. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The PR Number is FD2030-11-36000 The solicitation number will be FA8118-11-R-0029. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 2 May 2011. The Line Items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: INPUT NSN: 2915-00-591-6652RK, P/N: 734000-111, 734000-111C, or 4P94003-111C OR INPUT NSN: 2915-01-102-9014RK P/N: 73400-111, 734000-111D or 4P94003-111D ALL OVERHAULED/UPGRADED TO: OUTPUT: NSN: 2915-01-189-6019RK P/N: 734000-115 or 4P94003-115A Noun: FUEL-LEVEL CONTROL VALVE; Applicable to C-5 aircraft; Quantity: Basic Year, 60 each Option Year 1, 30 each Option Year 2, 30 each Item 0002: Overhaul NSN: 2915-01-189-6019RK P/N: 27041129-06A or 4P94003-115A Noun: FUEL-LEVEL CONTROL VALVE; Applicable to C-5 aircraft; Quantity: Basic Year, 140 each Option Year 1, 170 each Option Year 2, 170 each Item 0003: Over and Above Work. To Be Negotiated at each occurrence. Item 0004: Data IAW DD 1423 Request data to Not be Separately Priced Deliveries are to be 20 each, every 30 days after receipt of order and repairables (ARO).
