- Nonpersonal services and materials to maintain, repair, calibrate, and certify Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Carl Zeiss Inc., the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only source that has the technical knowledge and proprietary engineering data to provide required services per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation to be issued on or about 4/18/11. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquiries.
