THIS SOLICITATION IS A RE-SOLICITATION OF THE SAME REQUIREMENT ORIGINALLY ISSUED AS GS-10P-11-LT-M- 0023. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The SSA has determined that the installation of an Internet Protocol (IP) security surveillance closed circuit television (CCTV) system to provide security to its offices is a national priority item and has mandated that all SSA offices have security surveillance CCTV systems installed in Fiscal Year 2011. SOLICITATION NUMBER: GS-10P-11-LT-R-1023. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. RECEIPT OF OFFERS: 1. All information from the prior site visit is still applicable. • SITE VISIT: A Site Visit was be held on March 15, 2011 at 7:00 am - 9:00 am Pacific Time. • PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-proposal conference was be held on March 15, 2011 at 10:00 am Pacific Time at: GSA Auburn Region Office 400 15th Street SW Auburn, WA 98001 Response to questions received during this site visit and pre-proposal conference will be added as a forthcoming amendment to this solicitation. NOTICE TO OFFERORS OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE- FAR 52.219-6 (June 2003) CLASSIFICATION CODE: • This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 -"Security Alarm Systems Sales Combined with Installation, Repair, or Monitoring Services". • The Small Business Size Standard is $12.5M. • The Product Service Code (PSC) is s 6350 - Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, Security Systems REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, accessories, miscellaneous items and the installation of a complete operational digital security surveillance CCTV system. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE AND FOB POINTS: Various SSA field offices located throughout GSA Region 10as listed in the solicitation. GSA Region 10 consists of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Installation at all SSA field offices is to be completed by September 30, 2011.
