- Description
- The US Department of State, Regional Procurement Support Office Florida, intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Multitek Pacifico S.A. for surveillance equipment using commercial item acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5. The required equipment has to be compatible with existing equipment previously purchased. Maintenance and warranty service must be provided in-country (Panama) with an 8-hour response time. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; this acquisition will be processed using the authority in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to alter the acquisition strategy. Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to FernandezJM@state.gov by 4:00 PM EST on April 22, 2011. Reponses must thoroughly address any compatibility issues and ability to provide in-country support within the stipulated response time.
