- Signed Pre-Solicitation Notice This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has a requirement for the procurement of six (6) ARFF 1500 4x4 Air-Transportable Model# RBA0613 or equal. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside for small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror that represents the lowest-price-technically-acceptable. Solicitation No. FA8630-11-R-5025 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 336120. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 26 April 2011 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals should be submitted via e-mail to donald.tam@us.af.mil. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or around 23 July 2011.
