- Quote sheet for hotel pricing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number INL-11-Hotels El Salvador is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for the acquisition of lodging and services in support of the International Law Enforcement Academy in San Salvador, El Salvador. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. No additional FAR clauses apply. The following provides the specifications: Interested offerors shall complete the attached quote spreadsheet for provision of rooms in the numbers and for the dates required. Offerors shall provide a description of hotel amenities along with pictures of hotel rooms. Pricing shall be for double rooms and include buffet breakfast, full buffet dinner with two non-alcoholic beverages, laundry service twice weekly. Details on what shall be priced can be found on the quote sheets attached to this announcement. Offerors shall include information on cancellation conditions. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer which offers the best value to the Government. Offerors will be evaluated on their hotel services, proximity to the International Law Enforcement Training Facility in San Salvador and their pricing. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be sent via email ONLY to Mary Pat Hayes-Crow by 1500 hours ET, April 20, 2011. Quotes shall be sent via email only to Mary Pat Hayes-Crow. The Government will make one award from this synopsis/solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor Central Registry ( www.ccr.gov ) to be considered for award.
