- Request for 6 month standing price quote for FSC 8030 Coating Compound GSA, FAS intends to establish a " not to exceed " six months Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-00-290-5141. The SPQ period will be 4/26/2011 (or date of award) to 10/26/2011 (or six months from the start date). All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Destination with a requested 30-day delivery. This NSN is in accordance with Military Specification MIL-DTL-450D. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ.
