- This pre-solicitation notice is to inform interested parties that the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about April 19, 2011 to TUCKPOINT BOILER STACK. Work includes but is not limited to: mobilization of a safe work zone (scaffold, temporary fence, fall protection, signage, barriers, etc.), removal of 20' section of the radial brick column and concrete cap, tuckpointing, demobilization, etc. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238140 - Masonry Contractors. The small business standard is $14.0 Million. The cost range is $250,000. to $500,000. Information regarding a site visit will be stated in the solicitation.
