- Request for Standing Price Quote GSA, FAS intends to establish a " not to exceed " one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-00-518-3439. The SPQ period will be 5/1/2011 (or date of award) to 4/30/2012 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a requested 30-day delivery. This is a Qualified Products List (QPL) item. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and deliver.
