- Description
- NSN: 6695-01-367-9723, Transducer Motional Pickup. This acquisition will be issued Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition p ursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1- year Base Period and four 1-year Option Periods. The approved sources are Madison Electric (MEPCO), Inc, CAGE 55J13, part number 1500-2501; and Woodward Controls, Inc, CAGE 78388, part number DT 17200-001-000. NSN is a Critical Application Item. NSN is a Source Control Item, which must be manufactured and tested in accordance with the cited Limited Rights data; the Government cannot provided the data; only those suppliers who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should quote. An approved bid-set or technical data package is not available. Quantity Variance is zero. NSN is not commercial. The Quality Control Code is DAB. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The required delivery is 96 days ARO. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Demand Quantity of 2,424 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 28 April 2011. Supplies must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
