- Performamce of Work Statement Solicitation Package Standard Form 18, Request for Quotations USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in New Jersey is seeking a licensed archeologist and staff to perform a cultural resources investigation and survey report to be submitted within 21 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and four option years. NAICS Code is 561611. Period of performance will be from date of award and completed within 21 calendar days. Government reserves the right to or not to exercise any of these options under this contract. All options to this contract will be subject to the availability of funds. 1st Year Price Range: $25,000 to $100,000.
