Description
A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Milwaukee, WI Delineated Area: Milwaukee CBD, defined as: North-Juneau Street, South-Clybourn Street, East-Lake Michigan, and West-6 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,027 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,230 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 38 Structured Parking Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 38 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 13 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: No ground floor space will be considered and top floor space is NOT preferred Existing space ONLY. Space shall be contiguous, located on no more than two floors and above street level for security and acoustic reasons. It shall have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
