- This synopsis is for the procurement of a commercial item, restricted to Cheytac, LLC and its distributors. Solicitation W52P1J-09-T-0011 will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Foreign Military Sales for the Czech Republic. It is the responsibility of any interested parties to periodically check for any amendments to the solicitation. Estimated issue date is 03 May, 2011. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order for the following requirements. Requirements are: CLIN 0001: 8,000 EA Cheytac.408 caliber cartridge: 419 Grain. One 200% option applies for this item. All or any part of the option may be exercised any time from date of award through 365 days after date of award. Offerors must verify the price for the option quantity is the same as the base requirement or provide a separate price for the option quantity. The ammunition will comply with General Specification for Non Standard Ammunition (NSA), Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) purchased for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), dated 4 Mar 2011. A copy of this specification will be provided as attachment 0001 of the solicitation. NAICS code is 332993. Small business size standard is 1,500. Inspection and Acceptance shall be Origin. Delivery will be F.O.B.: Origin. Required delivery date will be 90 days after award. Minimum monthly delivery for Cheytac.408 cartridge: 419 Grain is 8,000 each. Offerors must provide a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code on their proposal. Contractor registration in both Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is necessary prior to award.
