- This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide Charter Busses with drivers to drive to and from Honolulu International Airport as well as to and from Conference and Lodging Sites.. The date issued for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 20 April 2011. The response above is estimated. The actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 29 April 2011. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered a small business if its number of employees does not exceed 500 under NAICS Code: 485510. Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packet will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to contract opportunity search, select contracting office: ACA Fort Shafter, then press the continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments to changes.
