- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting quotes for Case Consultation/Review for Clinical Counseling and Readjustment Counseling Services for the Chicago Heights Veterans Center, Gary Area Veterans Center, and the Chicago Veterans Center. Estimated contract period of performance is May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012, with two (2) twelve-month option renewal periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Personnel performing these services must have a Doctorate in Social Work and also a current and unrestricted license in Clinical Social Work. Offers, including options, will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, qualification/capability to perform services, satisfactory past performance record, socio-economic status, and price. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621330 is $7.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about April 18, 2011, at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov. Select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Date for receipt of offers is April 25, 2011 at 11:00am CST.
