- Questions and Answers for Risers and Seating. Q: Refer Line Item 0005: Are you wanting only drapes or are you wanting the uprights and bases installed? Is it 30 pieces of drape you need or is it 30' of drape you need? A: Drapes are for cosmetic purposes to cover the risers' structure. The area to cover is 30' x 8' requiring a drape that size. Q: What is the handicap ramp placement location and length of ramp being requested. A: Ramp location and length doesn't matter, just as long as one is present. Q: Refer 1.1.4: All tiered seating shall have railing across the top, back and sides. Is it for each tiered level or the entire section? A: The railing is to go around the edge of the entire section. Q: Is the tent to be stacked down? A: Yes.
